The hat seems to be a good quality and is made well. No issues with the quality. The coloring on the other hand is something different. I play guitar with an LGBTQ positive band and in the pictures it look like the colors were very pride oriented, so I purchased one of these in order to wear it at our Pride fundraiser. When I got it, it was very different than the pictures. There were less pinks and more reds the blue is still blue and the outer edge of the brim looked like it faded out, but it was just a stark stop of color and I just went to the gray felt, needless to say I did not wind up wearing it for my fundraiser. I’m gonna have to have an artist friend of mine redo it.

I used to wear 7 3/8 (59cm) hats. This otherwise wonderful hat is a little big. The box kindly included 3m hat size reducers, but they are of little use. They are too thick and elastic, so with them the hat tends to "jump" off my head. I'll probably buy a thinner analog and try it with that.Regardless, I really like the hat and have no regrets about the purchase. I hope I will be able to get it to fit.

Bought it with high hopes. It’s a cool hat and pretty good quality. For the price I wish it was a little more durable. Feels like it could break. The size is not consistent with my other hats. Should of got a size smaller. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a good hat just would probably make some adjustments to it.

As a man who has a watermelon sized head the XL fits so well I didn’t even know what it was like to have a hat fit this well. I’ve been sheltered all this time, living a lie, not until I put this hat on did I realize what I was missing in my life…..Anyways this is a great hat, style, design, box presentation, all is fantastic

What is hat size recommendation?
- To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend following our size guide and measuring your head circumference firstly.
- If your head measures between M-57cm ( 57.1cm-58.0cm ), L-59cm ( 58.1cm-60.0cm ) and XL-61cm ( 60.1cm-61.0cm ) we suggest opting for the smaller size for a snug and comfortable fit.
- It's important to note that our stiff hats often experience a break-in stage like wearing new shoes then wool felt may become slightly loose.

How can I soften the stiff hat?
We understand that the stiff feel might be a new experience, similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. To help you achieve the perfect fit and comfort, we recommend the following break-in process:
- Use a handheld steamer with medium heat.
- Steam the hat crown for 10-12 seconds.
- Immediately wear the hat for 1 hour.
- Repeat this process once a week, 2-3 times per month.
This break-in routine will gradually soften the hat crown, allowing it to mold to the shape of your head for a more personalized and comfortable fit
How can I straighten a bent hat brim?
1. Steam the Hat:
- Take an iron and steam the hat. (Note: Do not apply the iron directly to the felt of the hat.)
- Steam the hat with a distance of around 5-10cm.
2. Protect the Brim:
- Place a thin wet cotton fabric between the brim and the iron.
- Iron gently all around the brim.
3. Reshape the Hat:
- Use your hands to gently reshape the hat, focusing on the areas with creases.
- Allow the hat to air dry in a cool, dry place with hat holder.
