The brim look like it was run over by a truck the backed up over again. For 100 I thought it should have had better shipping. It fits nice if I ever wear it. Have not tried to return it yet.

I have bought many types of hats over the past years, and this hat had the best packaging I have seen so far. Also when I got it every thing about it looked great, but then I tried it on the brim was not curved down as I would like. I know from all the previous posts that the brim was very hard and stiff. So my wife fired up her tea pot, and she held the brim on the underside and with in 60 seconds or less the brim was very soft and pliable, so I took it to a mirror and put the hat on and shaped it to my liking, now you have to work fast because it will stiffen up quickly. But don’t worry if you didn’t do it right the first time, do it again. I got mine on the third try and is is stiff, and that’s the way I like. So it doesn’t take much steam to loosen the brim, work quickly after the steam, throw the hat on and start shaping it. It looks great now and I have an everyday hat.

These hats run extremely big. I ordered according to my measured size. and the hat was too big. But it is beautiful product!!! They do not have another size available at this time.

I ordered the olive green withe distressed look and received the product looking new instead of distressed. Made me kind of sad, it's why I wanted the hat in the first place.The hat does fit a bit on the large size but is pretty comfortable. The material is sturdy and firm, just as pictured. The head band was exactly as pictured.The shipping was a little slow but I am an impatient woman. Overall it's a good hat but I would not expect to get 100% what's pictured. If it had been distressed I would have given it a 5/5.

Seems to be good quality but has somewhat of a shallow headspace. The hat comes with adjusters just in case you order too big which is nice. Overall good hat- just ended up not being my style.

What is hat size recommendation?
- To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend following our size guide and measuring your head circumference firstly.
- If your head measures between M-57cm ( 57.1cm-58.0cm ), L-59cm ( 58.1cm-60.0cm ) and XL-61cm ( 60.1cm-61.0cm ) we suggest opting for the smaller size for a snug and comfortable fit.
- It's important to note that our stiff hats often experience a break-in stage like wearing new shoes then wool felt may become slightly loose.

How can I soften the stiff hat?
We understand that the stiff feel might be a new experience, similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. To help you achieve the perfect fit and comfort, we recommend the following break-in process:
- Use a handheld steamer with medium heat.
- Steam the hat crown for 10-12 seconds.
- Immediately wear the hat for 1 hour.
- Repeat this process once a week, 2-3 times per month.
This break-in routine will gradually soften the hat crown, allowing it to mold to the shape of your head for a more personalized and comfortable fit
How can I straighten a bent hat brim?
1. Steam the Hat:
- Take an iron and steam the hat. (Note: Do not apply the iron directly to the felt of the hat.)
- Steam the hat with a distance of around 5-10cm.
2. Protect the Brim:
- Place a thin wet cotton fabric between the brim and the iron.
- Iron gently all around the brim.
3. Reshape the Hat:
- Use your hands to gently reshape the hat, focusing on the areas with creases.
- Allow the hat to air dry in a cool, dry place with hat holder.
