I got the hats I ordered, I requested a return well within the return window because the fit was much too large. I never heard back and I’m not even convinced anyone is receiving my return requests. They also don’t respond via the ‘chat’ window on the website.
I have always worn a Stetson open road 6x. Always. Only hat I’ve ever worn. This hat is damn close. I really like the unique patina and color of this hat. It’s comfortable. I wear a 7 1/8 in a Stetson. I got the medium I think? And needed the sizers that were included. I took it to my local hat bar and had them shape the brim up a bit to my style, and I have to say, I’m very pleased with this hat. And it’s very well priced.

Love, love, LOVE my new favorite hat! True to fit, style and description. Packaged well and delivered unblemished. My only complaint was the delivery time. I was hoping to have it before a festival I was attending (Sept. 20th) and ordered the hat September 10th and didn't receive it until September 23rd. Apparently FedEx is even slower than USPS! However, that won't stop me from wearing this bad ass hat here on out. I'll also be looking into some of Ruediger's other offerings.

Product is great, but they sent me the wrong size. After sending them some pictures and waiting a few days they got back with me and told me to keep the wrong size hat and they would send me the correct size. Shipping was not put on priority, so I end up waiting twice as long or maybe a little longer to get my product. Outside of that everything else was excellent.
